- Manage plant operations, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for manpower handling, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during commissioning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing management or related field (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
