Job Description/Skills Required
JD FOR PACKING OFFICER
- Manpower allocation as per packing plan, on machines and on belts.
- Packing material arrangement as per requirement with cross verification.
- Co-ordinate with STORE, Q.A, MAINTENANCE for smooth working to achieve production as per PRODUCTIVITY NORMS
- In process checking as per BPR. Leak test, overprinting /embossing details, Cartons overprinting , box code & stamping.
- Enter all online checks of primary & secondary packing in BPR.
- Documentation
- Completion of BPR with proper reconciliation .
- Preparation of goods transfer note (DPR)
- ERP/SAP
- Additional indent, Return indent ,Daily DPR entry,
- Packing material requisition,
- BPR completion Final entry.
- Preparing Manpower utilization and non utilization chart and preparing daily packing output report on daily basis.
