Job Description/Skills Required
- Section Head: Engineering with 10-15 years of experience. Candidates should be responsible for overall engineering and projects activity related to all sections of vaccine, training & development of the team personnel, training the personnel responsible for hiring to fill the vacancy. The job requires monitoring & controlling the revenue cost, capex cost expenditure and safety standards in the plant, reviewing the implementation & monitoring of quality systems, preparing of annual budget, revenue budget & talent requirement for the engineering department, responsible for related statutory/regulatory requirement boiler factory act., electrical section, weight & measures, sustainable pollution control measure etc.
- The job also requires to be responsible for vendor development, AMC / maintenance & optimization utility system and should take the lead in supporting trouble shooting activities. Candidates are also required to participate in internal audits as auditors/auditee and should submit responses of internal / External audit within time line. Should also build and implement safety system in compliance with statutory requirement of EHS and maintain statutory records etc., should be responsible for participating in all the important meeting within function & with CFT or with top management, to review & ensure the timely closure of change control, CAPA, deviation, planned shutdown, incident raised departmentally & provide support to user department for the same, to review / check proper handling of breakdowns / malfunctions of equipment with necessary documents and also to review / check & approve of service bills of various vendors.
