Job Description/Skills Required
- 1) Should prepare the SOPs related to QA.
- 2) Documents control & issuance.
- 3) Preparation, Execution of Protocols, review of Reports related to Qualifications of various Equipment’s, Utilities.
- 4) Preparation, Review, and approval of URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ protocols and reports for utilities such as pure steam, Compressed air, Nitrogen, HVAC system, purified water generation & distribution system.
- 5) Review & approval of Facility, equipment’s & Utilities layouts.
- 6) Monitoring of Preventive maintenance & calibration related activities.
- 7) Should have exposure in handling of MHRA, WHO-Geneva Regulatory audits.
- 8) Support to the Regulatory affairs department in submission of documents.
- 9) Execution of Line clearance activity and In-Process Checks at various stages of Raw materials dispensing, Formulation, blending, compression, coating Primary and secondary packing material dispensing, Carton Overprinting, Labeling, Packing for GMP compliance.
- 10) Review of Executed Batch Manufacturing & Packaging records.
- 11) Should Handle Change controls, Deviations, CAPAs and Risk Management.
- 12) Should maintain all departments training records.
- 13) Should execute process validation and cleaning validation.
