Job Description/Skills Required
- To prepare and update of all Engineering Maintenance SOPs at regular intervals to meet cGMP requirements.
- To preserve and ensure (maintain) the availability of critical spares of all equipment and to maintain the consumable stock & update store.
- To ensure the compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the utility area and for all equipment.
- To prepare the Preventive Maintenance schedule and execute the Preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.
- To attend the Breakdown Maintenance of all equipment in co-ordination with the concerned departments.
- To participate in execution of qualification activity of area, machines and process related to utility area.
- To carry out enforce the safety rules and regulations.
- To follow quality policy and maintain the records as per cGMP and GDP standards.
- To give training to staff and workers to perform the duty as per cGMP.
- To install and put the new machineries in operation in line as cGMP.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Department Head
- To preserve and ensure the availability of critical spares and to maintain the consumable stock.
- To prepare budget for Engg. Department.
- To be trained for water system, HVAC & Electrical department.
