Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager | Business Excellence Job responsibility:Â
- To work with stakeholders for productivity Improvement projects i.e. process improvement, yield improvement, efficiency improvement, overall equipment efficiency (OEE), change over time and cycle time ImprovementÂ
- To work as an exemplar to constantly improve operational capability and performance . To impart Lean Six Sigma trainingÂ
- To support the plant operations team in creating weekly/monthly/quarterly business performance reviews Â
- To institutionalize process/service excellence culture through focused improvement & by establishing standardization & work standards.    Â
Desired Candidate Profile:Â
- Candidate should be B.E/ B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ MBA (Operations or Supply Chain) with 8 to 10 years Â
- Six Sigma (Black Belt/ Master Black Belt) certifie Knowledge of Pharmaceutical ProcessesÂ
- Â Hands on utilities used in Pharma IndustryÂ
