Job Description/Skills Required

• To coordinate internally with scientific staff to develop project outline, cost, timeline and propose price for the final proposal compilation within the given TAT.
• Ensure operational efficiency to consistently deliver on proposals to Regional BD managers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accuracy of estimates in making the business proposal.
• Project initiation and coordination with PM and other internal stakeholders on site.
• Adding leads/ updating contacts/ account details. Maintaining records of RFQs/MoM on Salesforce.
• Maintaining and updating records of RFP/RFQs on Salesforce on a regular basis.
• Undertake new initiatives towards enhancing use and adaptation of Salesforce including addition of features to help data interpretation.
• Use ERP LN for preparation of business Proposals.
• To support BD team in consistently maintaining MIS comprising of; Bi-monthly business pipeline/ Monthly MIS presentation for each region/ Quarterly reports for Board Meeting/ Monthly report summarizing proposal TAT.
• Coordinating customer’s visit to facilities.
• Facilitating proposal finalization, paper-work coordination with help from regional BD managers and Legal team (CDA renewal, MSA renewal or WO Amendment).
• Support regional BD managers to identify new leads through direct e-mail campaigns, and cold calling.
