Job description:
- 1. To prepare all URS and qualification documents like DQ , IQ and PQ of all equipment and utilities. 2. To review instrument calibration certificate and other external reports related to validation and calibration. 3.To prepare calibration and validation / qualification schedule of all equipment / instrument / utilities. 4. To monitor all approved schedule (calibration & validation / qualification ) as per requirement. 5.To prepare and review all other documents related to validation and qualification as per requirement. 6.Responsible for compilation & review of data of annual product review. 7.Responsible for process validation and data compilation. 8.Any other task assigned by Reporting manager / seniors. Functional reporting shall be as per departmental organogram.
