Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques such as UV spectrophotometry, viscometry, pH meter, etc.
- Prepare and review batch manufacturing records (BMRs) according to GMP guidelines.
- Operate various equipment including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and nutsch filters under good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations by maintaining accurate records of production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality and process optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry setting with expertise in batch processing, batch manufacturing, BMRI/BMR preparation, centrifugation operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or relevant field (e.g., B.Sc.).
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in operating various types of equipment including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, nutsch filters.
