Develop Annual business & Marketing plans for assigned brands / portfolio Achieving the portfolio sales & profit objectives,Conceptualization, Designing of Marketing Inputs & Communications Creating, implementing & Monitoring Brand campaigns ,Operating Trade Campaigns Attending to technical queries of Customers / Field Force on brands / portfolio,Training of Field Force Conducting Strategy / Briefing meetings of Field Sales Team ,Conducting -Consultant/Technician Meetings & giving Technical Presentations Conducting Clinical Trials Field work for assessing strategy effectiveness & implementation, competitor monitoring
