Worked on Throughput Enhancement projects using methods like Time motion study and Bottleneck analysis. Identified & Solved the Critical Constraint in manufacturing process with an efficacious Action plan. Cost Saving by innovative ideas & calculating ROI of the projects. Continuous tracking on Individual KPI’s Projects Under taken: Reduced Product to Product Changeover time cycle. Manpower management with reducing process lead time using MOST technique. Dispense to Dispatch : Using Lean management method analyzed the current state and future state for the series of events that take the product from its beginning through the customer. Identified Critical & Non Critical activities by Value stream Mapping & Eleminated Non value added activities on the product process flow. Handled Breakthrough projects for Quality Improvement using Fish Bone analysis, Pareto analysis, scatter plotting & Histograms. Continuous Process Improvements on business stabilising process using DMAIC & PDCA (Plan Do Check Act).
