Job Description/Skills Required
Batch Analysis raw data review (QC related) with data entry for trend related to in process and final DP, CI & DS. To review the QC documents like SOP, specification, STP, etc. Stability related documents review including Stability management record, protocol, planner raw data and consolidated data review etc. To prepare/review the QA documents like SOP/protocol etc. Verify the IPQA activity in QC area and inform to QC in charge/supervisor for discrepancy if any. To participate during the internal and external audit. To provide the documents to regulatory department as per the requirement. Control sample monitoring for CI/DS/DP (Destruction & visual inspection). Preparation of APQR and maintaining the trend of all products. Responsible for timely batch release in coordination with QC & QA. Handling of change control, Deviation, OOT, OOS, investigation report and CAPA.
