Job Description/Skills Required
- Support TMF SOs with any TMF-related issues as well as discuss and consult with TMF SMEs and process owners for resolution of TMF-related issues
- Support creation of the Study TMF Management Plan
- Ensure compliance to Study TMF Management Plan as per applicable SOPs , ICH GCP and TMF agreements
- Ensure TMF is complete and inspection ready as per study agreed strategy and applicable milestones
- Generate the TMF metric reports including completeness, identify missing documents and liaise with relevant stakeholders for filing the missing documents or closure of actions
- Ensure documents are filed in the TMF as per the timelines and document deviations
- Understand all aspects of the TMF system and associated tools
- Conduct regular teleconference with the TMF SO and SMEs to update progress / compliance to Service Leveal Agreement (SLA) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate issues
- Identify and analyze business problems/opportunities that may arise and support the implementation of effective solutions
