Job Description/skills Required:Â
- 1. Must have Sterile Facility exposure 2. Accountable for Quality compliance, QA, IPQA, Validation, 3. Regulatory Compliance, Training Inter and Intra coordination and hosting inspections by Regulatory Inspectors, Business Partners and Customers. 4. Ensuring any time Audit Readiness, Data Integrity. 5. Ensuring timely completion and compliance to QMS/ PQS elements. 6. Manpower budgeting, selection, setting KRAs of team, measuring performance. 7. Effective communication and presentation skill. Effective technical and soft skill training skill. 8.Strong term goal setting and leadership qualities, sound in gap analysis/ trouble shooting/ decision making. 9. Leading team for All time Readiness to achieve Total Quality Culture.
