Job Description/Skills Required
- To perform literature review, design study protocols, write IAEC proposals and study reports, review protocols and reports and perform studies involving activities like actual test (Bench Work), literature search, raw data recording, data compilations, analysis and arrangement of regulatory meeting alone or in team. Translational model with biomarker assessment are at the top priority. Scientific writing skills is must.
- Study planning protocol design and experimental work data handling, compilations and analysis of results including application of statistical tests and preparation of reports
- Requires working knowledge of lab animal handling for experiments, molecular biology techniques western blot, RT-PCR, ELISA and historic / Immunohistochemistry techniques
- Literature search reading, evaluations, analysis and assimilation into the studies
- Planning of studies and ensuring availability of study materials (Chemical / Reagents, Animals and other study materials)
- Compliance with requirement of IAEC, CPCSEA and AAALAC regulations.
- Should be able to perform basic pharmacology skills like dosing and blood removal in animal via different routes etc,
