🔬 Key Responsibilities:
Develop upstream and downstream processes using mammalian cell culture.
Handle shake flasks and bioreactors (1L, 5L, 20L) for scale-up.
Use ATF systems for process improvement.
Support tech transfer to pilot/GMP plants.
Manage Master and Working Cell Banks.
Document experiments as per SOPs and safety protocols.
