Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- Emphasis on Brand Positioning and Communication to customer and consumer
- Find an innovative way of educating field team for new products.
- Tactical promotion should be done periodically to increase the market share, User base etc.
- Analyze the secondary sales and identify success of campaigns.
- Analyze and keep track of competition activity and sales through IMS data.
- Prepare marketing input plan for the financial year in coordination with internal customer and execute.
- Collaboration with Cross Functional teams (Training ,Studio, Finance, Packaging, Regulatory, etc)
- Medico-marketing collaborations
- KOL and KBL management
- Develop strategy and appropriate media plans to periodically review the success of the inputs.
- Joint field work with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand building. The job requires extensive traveling all over India.
