Job Description/Skills Required
- Development of biochemical and cell based in vitro assays using various technologies (Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa etc)
- Screening of NCEs using validated biochemical and cell based in vitro assays using different technologies as specified above
- Hands on experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays
- Preparing SOP drafts of validated biochemical and cell based assay’s
- Drafting technical write up’s for proposals to be submitted to clients
- Experimental record management
- Laboratory equipment management
