Job Role or Description
- 1. Practical experience in balance sheet reconciliations. to month- 2. Extract the Trial Balance, identify and coordinate with business for open items. end 3. Ensure balance sheet information is accurate. The balance sheet reconciliation process Calendar includes cross-checking balances and entries with documentation (e.g., Bank Statements, Invoices, Fixed Deposits, Corporate Deposits and Share Certicates agreements etc.,). 4. Review of all the Provision entries 5. Review balance sheet GL items and collect documents / information from business 6. Finding and preparing balance sheet exposure related transaction 7. Knowledge in SAP and Advanced Excel 8. Extract reports from SAP and prepare schedules. a. Preparation of Schedule for Debtors Aging report, Creditors Aging report, Fixed Assets, Employee Loan, Corporate loans and investments, Prepaid exps, Deposits etc., 9. Assist the business for Statutory, Internal & Tax audits
