- Operation, calibration and maintenance of equipments /instruments. Environmental monitoring for Sterility testing area, Testing LAF’s, Production APA & Non APA. Production APA and sterility testing area gowning validations. Environmental monitoring plates transfers and observations. Reconciliation of monitoring plates. Pre incubation of prepared media, ready to use media plates and observations.
