Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to identify potential candidates in the US.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates based on specific job requirements.
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews with candidates and account managers.
