JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Execute the production plan & meet the targets.
2. Plan personnel activity, assign task and adjust workflow and schedule accordingly.
3. Supervise a team of production personnel to meet production targets with quality & safety as per SOP, controlling manpower absenteeism and maintain discipline & moral of workforce.
4. Monitor production activity and discuss changes required to enhance productivity, quality, and safety by kaizen /MOC.
5. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines & company regulations.
6. Conduct training & performance reviews and provide employees with feedback to help them improve & meet targets.
7. Ensure proper utilization of resources to maximize productivity, safety & quality.
8. Evaluate equipment & machinery performance and take action to address any issue.
9. Should have Conceptual & technical skill to troubleshoot any problem.
10. Basic knowledge of lean production to implement 5S and TPM activity.
11. Computer skill to prepare report and maintain Mis records for data analysis and troubleshoot.
12. Good communicator with seniors as well as with colleagues & workforce.
