Job Title: Telecaller
Location:Â Hitech City, Hyderabad
Job Type:Â Full-time (Laptop Mandatory)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Make 200 to 300 outbound calls daily to recruit delivery boys.
- Provide information about job opportunities and screen candidates over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
