Job description
Position Title: BFS/FFS Operator
Experience Range: 2 – 10 years
Department: Production/Manufacturing
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification – ITI / Diploma / B Sc / B Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines for the production of sterile liquid dosage forms.
Set up, adjust, and maintain BFS/FFS machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Monitor machine parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues during production runs.
Ensure the efficient and accurate filling, sealing, and packaging of products according to production schedules and quality standards.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on BFS/FFS equipment to ensure continued reliability and minimize production interruptions.
Accurately complete and maintain production records, including batch records, machine logs, and maintenance reports.
Experience:
2-10 years of experience operating Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and/or Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or related manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Strong understanding of BFS and FFS technology and machinery.
Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in a sterile manufacturing environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment or materials as necessary.
