Job Description/skills Required:
1. Polymorph and salt screening for NCEs
2. Handling instruments for solid state characterization like PXRD, DSC/TGA, DVS as well as UPLC/HPLC
3. Crystallization process development, Jet milling and other size reduction operations to modulate powder properties
4. Record, summarize and present experimental data/ results, Laboratory Upkeep
5. Good working knowledge on MS office
