Experienced for operation & trouble shooting of Isolator & IV bag filling Machine.
Hands on Experience on Equipment qualification-Isolator, RDS & IV bag filling machine.
Experienced in qualification documents preparation je, protocol preparation, Risk assessment, technical documents review and execution.
Hands on experience on QM5-investigation/change control/impact assessment: Drafting and review.
Knowledge of clean area, area cleaning & sanitization, filling operations & in process checks, documentation, area readiness as per compliance.
Preferences:Â Exposure in operation & qualification of IV bag filling machine (Aseptic)/Isolator/RDS.
2. Production – Injectables (Manufacturing)

Job Description:
Experienced in the operation & troubleshooting of automated manufacturing & filtration skid.
Hands-on experience with steam sterilizers, filtration unit, autoclave, part washer, and terminal sterilizer.
Preparation and execution of qualification documents like IQ, protocol preparation, risk assessment, technical documents review, and approval.
Knowledge of OMS – investigation/change control/impact assessment.
Supervising clean area, line clearance, sanitization, batch manufacturing, documentation, and area readiness as per schedule.
Preferences:Â Experience in aseptic manufacturing like skid, steam sterilizer, and isolator.
