Role & responsibilities

For Instrumentation Position (3 Nos):

1. Planning & execution of block all lines Instrumentation Electronics & Electrical activities.

2. Responsible for Block all lines Preventive, Breakdown maintenance & major activities.

3.QC Lab, R&D & Utility, warehouse Instrumentation & Electronics activities.

4.Packing hall machinery Instrumentation Preventive, Breakdown & Major activities maintenance.

5.Responsible for maintenance of Lyophilizer.

6.Responsible for maintaining of Spares & Inventory control.

For Utility and HVAC Position (2 Nos) :

1.Responsible for Operation, Maintenance of Block Utilities & Central Utilities.

2. Responsible for ordering, maintain stock of spares, consumables required for the machines & facility.

3. Responsible for implementation of Preventive Maintenance activities as per schedule.

4. Attending of QC, Warehouse and Packing hall works related to utilities.

5. Execution of Qualification (IQ & OQ) documents.

6 Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of HVAC Systems.

7. Responsible for Maintenance of LAFs.

8. Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Chillers.

9. Updating of HVAC Records.

10. Carrying out of Preventive Maintenance activities as per schedule.

For Engineering Department (Formulation Unit) Engineer Position :

1.Responsible for Block all lines Preventive, Breakdown maintenance & major activities.

2.QC Lab, R&D, warehouse & Utility mechanical activities.

3.Packing hall machinery Mechanical Preventive, Breakdown & Major activities maintenance.

3.Analyzing the Breakdowns for various failure modes effects & causes and propose & adhere to Corrective Action & Preventive action.

4.Responsible for Focusing on new development activities as per the latest cGMP standards.

5.Responsible for maintaining of Spares & Inventory control.
