Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Basic knowledge of molecular biology related techniques2. Baisic knowledge of mammalian cell culture, cell line generation and cell banking.3. Basic understanding of expression platforms used for developing biotherapeutics.
- 1. Optimization of Mammalian (CHO) cell line development protocols
2. Establishment of clones for Biotherapeutic molecules (Mabs, fusion proteins etc.) using CHO expression platform and evaluation in fed batch/AMBR studies - 3. Establishment of stable clones with high productivities
4 . Estabishment of cell banks for the selected clones - 5. Write protocols/SDPs for the Molecular biology/Cell line development techniques employed
6. Generate reports for the cell line development and cell banks establishment
