Job Description/Skills Required
- Overall responsible for Sterile Plant Engineering maintenance
- Collaborates with all the key stakeholders at plant level by implementing best engineering practices, adheres to the schedules and guides the team accordingly, ensures the availability of resources for smooth flow and for its quality and safety compliance while increasing the operational efficiency.
- Ensures Adherence to Safety Procedures and practices, ensures Zero Safety Incidents and adopts MSI
- Monitors general and routine maintenance operations as per schedule and guides the teams accordingly
- Analyses breakdown trends and takes necessary preventive measures while ensuring availability of resources for smooth functioning
- Monitors the compliance Quality Management Systems
