JD for QC-Analyst (Executive & Senior Executive)

• MSc Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology with 03-07 Years experience of Biosimilars/Biologics QC.
• Adequate testing knowledge on Biologics/Monoclonal Antibodies

Capillary Electrophoresis : CESDS-R, CESDS-NR

HPLC : RP, SEC, Glycan, CEX, Ion exchange chromatography and Polysorbate 20

Maurice : charge variants by iCEF

UPLC : Peptide mapping.

• Responsible to receive, register and analyse batch samples and stability samples.
• Responsible to prepare reagents, buffers and test solutions as and when required.
• Responsible to operate, calibrate/ verify/ qualify HPLC, UPLC instruments.
• Responsible to execute the Analytical Method validations/verifications/Transfers
• Responsible to prepare SOPs, STPs, Protocols and other GMP documents
• Responsible to interpret and record the data / results accurately and contemporaneously.
• Responsible to report to superior any abnormalities found during routine activities
• Responsible to follow Hygiene, Safety, SOPs, GLP, GMP and GDP.

JD for QC-Reviewer Analytical ( Assistant Manager )

• MSc Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology with 08-10 Years experience of Biosimilars/Biologics QC.
• Adequate knowledge on Biologics/Monoclonal Antibodies on Peptide mapping, CESDS-R, CESDS-NR, RP, SEC, iCEF, Glycan, CEX, Ion exchange chromatography and Polysorbate 20
• Responsible for review of analytical data generated by different analysts for different products.
• Responsible to prepare and review SOPs, STPs, Protocols and other GMP & QMS documents.
• Responsible for shift planning as per the batch planning.
• Responsible for execution of IP, DS/DP (release and stability) sample analysis.
• Responsible for Stability management, Method validations/transfers.
• Responsible for Reference Standard Qualifications
• Responsible for handling of QMS elements such as OOS, OOT, Deviation, LIR, Change control, CAPA or other Investigation.
• Responsible to prepare Qualification Protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) execution and preparation of reports.
• Responsible to maintain inventory of all consumables used in analytical instrumentation section.
• Responsible to participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Responsible to ensure materials / product samples tested as per respective specifications
• Responsible to attend various technical, behavioral and procedural trainings.
• Responsible to follow Hygiene, Safety, SOPs, GLP, GMP and GDP. Role
