Job Description/Skills Required
- The Asset care management lead shall be responsible for establishing new and improving existing systems of asset care across all the manufacturing sites of Piramal.
- Excellent leadership skills and a track record of driving engineering excellence initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- An expert in the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools & methodology, ensure that the tools are used appropriately by team members, identify and assist in the removal of barriers to projects.
- Coaching & guiding function teams on excellence maturity models
- Develop & strategize excellence models relevant to the function & align to OE Model.
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and electronic.
- Coordinate process improvement efforts with plant leadership.
- Coordinate the Global engineering initiative across all sites with following objectives
- Development asset care management strategy
- Drive criticality assessment of available assets .
- Develop guiding principles for asset life cycle assessment of all assets across all manufacturing sites.
- Resilience studies
- Maintenance strategy development.
- Development of overall equipment effectiveness program
- Competency development and Skill enhancements
