Job Description/Skills Required
- Accountable for leading existing and new projects to expand BSVs presence in key geographies.
- Go-to-market (GTM) Plan creation: Assist in creation of market entry strategy, go-to-market plans for key geographies through detailed analysis of internal data, internal knowledge base & capabilities, and external data sources including market trends, competitive landscape etc.
- GTM implementation: Independently lead & program manage with the help of external consultants the implementation of strategic initiatives & GTM projects.
- GTM Tracking: Lead performance reviews for priority markets, track performance month-on-month, action points arising out of sales review meetings to build and track the short-term tactical plans for priority markets.
- Conduct new opportunity evaluations and collaborate with the in-market teams for priority markets to critically evaluate opportunities arising out of BD/In licensing, Portfolio, or M&A activities.
