Job Description/Skills Required
Value chain products:
- BSV has a list of 5-6 value chain products. The incumbent will have to work on commercial and clinico-regulatory strategies in order to ensure value maximization across ROW markets.
- In addition to the VCP’s, there are focus products (4-5 in number) for which similar filing and launch strategies have to be explored in collaboration with medical, clinical development, regulatory affairs and R&D
- A handful of VCP’s are being explored for filing to regulated markets and the regulatory market strategy for filing and launch of these assets have to be evaluated and defined
Portfolio building for new ROW markets:
- The incumbent will work on defining a portoflio for one or two markets in ROW. The products to be chosen will include VCP’s, in house development products and BD products
- To co-create the portoflio in close collboartion with cluster heads in ROW, Regulatory affairs and Project management
Calendarization of launches:
- The incumbent will have to play an anchoring role in connecting with various CFT’s (Clinical developemnt, Business development, R&D, Project management and Regulatory affairs), obtain their inputs and calendarize the launches
- To maintain separate filing and launch grids across therapy areas for India and Odyssey markets
- To connect with the cluster heads in India and ROW and present to get their buy in on the grids. The incumbent should also ensure alignemnt of launch strategy with the commercial business plan
- To participate in Brand plan discussions and advise the country heads on the portfolio for a 5 year horizon
- Re-validate the NPC approved business cases and track the revenues for filing and launches YoY
- Filing and launch calendars will include in-house, BD and R&D products
- Collaborate with R&D, PM and BD to get the Gantt charts product wise and ensure delays in the execution are captured and escalated to management
- Maintain metrices such as number of filings, number of launches, revenue addiiton for filings and launches, freshness index etc market wise
