Job Description/Skills Required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reviews and enters individual enrollment applications. Obtains additional information as necessary
- Is responsible for verification of initial and ongoing eligibility related to special enrollment periods and
qualifying events
- Monitors and audits the processing of monthly invoices for individual members
- Monitors the process for issuing grace period and term notices to individual members
- Maintains related documents, updates corresponding records and responsible for enrollment and billing query.
- Adherence to processes, procedures, policies as prescribed by the Service Delivery
- Role will be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.
- Day to day interactions is with peers within Accenture
- Limited interaction may be required with clients and/or Accenture management
- Adhere to quality, controls, risk & compliance aspect for the deal
- Highlight challenges due to process design to Leads and provide possible suggestions
- Drive process improvements and ideation and identify any probable automation opportunity
