Job Description/Skills Required
- Planning and Execution of scale-up/Exhibit/Trail batches of New product, Site transfer products on shop floor in coordination with production, QA&QC departments and to ensure in compliance with BMR.
- Preparation and review of Master formula card, BMR, Process Performance Qualification.
- Protocol, Process performance Qualification report, Sampling plan, scale up batch report for US, Europe and other markets.
- Evaluation and proposal of process parameters and machine parameters for commercial batches based on qualification batches (Exhibit and commercial batches).
- Initiation of activities for new Product introduction at site for Submission, exhibit and commercial batches.
