Job description:
- PRODUCTION (Doers): Officer/ Executive: B.Sc. (Chemistry) / Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience and relevant Candidate have exposure in handling and supervision of equipment like Reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers and clean room equipment of API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing. Adherence to Quality, Safety, Health and Environment measures and GMP norms. Documentation, reporting of product / system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective / preventive actions in specific areas of operations. PRODUCTION (Shift In-charge): Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager: B.E. Chemical or M.Sc. Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry with 7 to 10 years of experience of supervision of Man, Machine and Product. Ensure working in accordance with cGMP, EHS, Quality norms and as per BMS norms. Co-ordination with other departments like QC/ QA / Engineering / Store / Warehouse. Management of production as per plans. Optimum utilization of all resources like manpower, material, utilities, electricity, equipment etc. Monitoring of batch charging, material handling, pharma area operations. Need to act as a checker for B.Sc. Operatives at shop floor in accordance with cGMP practices. QUALITY ASSURANCE: Sr. Executive / Executive: M.Sc./ B.Sc. (Chemistry) with 2 – 6 year , must be familiar with cGMP requirements, APQR, Validation, Data Integrity, Document Cell, Batch release process, Trending APR shop floor Operation in API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing. Should have knowledge of operating Track wise, LIMS, Manufacturing IPQA, Warehouse IPQA, BPR review.
