Job Description/Skills Required
1. cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and cGLP (Current Good Laboratory
Practice) regulations.
2. Allocate work within the team.
3. Production process control in coordination with production and IPQA for receipt of
stability samples.
4. To perform SAP related activity in Quality control.
5. Product traceability- Reserve samples and stability samples.
6. Customer complaints relating to quality of the product.
7. Identification recording and evaluation of all Nonconforming products.
8. Corrective and preventive actions as and where applicable.
9. Implementation and adherence to laboratory safety.
10. Maintenance and Calibration of Measuring and Testing Instrument belonging to the
Quality Control laboratory in coordination with Maintenance Department.
11. Preparation, Review and maintenance of Quality Records.
12. Training personnel in Quality Control.
13. Preparation and Review of product specifications, Analytical reports and Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
14. Adherence to Product Specifications.
15. Review of Process validation and cleaning validation.
16. Issue of log sheets, Annexures.
17. Updation of stability protocols and calibration records of all Laboratory
Equipment/Instruments.
18. Handling of Change controls, OOS, Deviations and Incidents.
19. Device related Method Validations and method transfers.
20. To ensure the communication is passed to the relevant team members for the
SOPs/GAMs/STPs and specifications on the day it is made effective.
21. To Instruments/ ensure all the relevant Equipments calibration performed as per
relevant SOPs.
