Job description:
- 1. Adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and cGLP (Current Good Laboratory Practice). 2. Preparation/review and adherence to product specifications. 3. Identification, recording and evaluation of all nonconforming products. 4. Corrective and preventive actions as and where applicable. 5. Collection of samples for testing. 6. In-process samples inspection, testing and Approval. 7. Raw material /Packing material inspection, testing and Approval. 8. Identification of training needs, training of new employees and ongoing training of the personal in quality control. 9. Production process control in coordination with production. 10. Recording of laboratory incidents. 11. Maintenance and calibration of measuring and testing instruments belonging to the quality control laboratory in coordination with maintenance department where ever applicable. 12. Equipment qualification and area qualification.
