Job Description/Skills Required :
- Responsible as co-ordinator at site for Quality Risk Management and IPQA incharge
- Job allocation and monitoring of IPQA activities
- QA oversight through daily walk around on shop floor to ensure operations are in compliance with SOP
- To ensure that trainer persons are only involved in operations through verification of training records
- Ensure cleanliness status of areas and equipment’s and mitigate any risk of cross contamination
- Identify gaps in practices against approved procedures/instructions and take adequate corrective and preventive actions
- Monitoring of contemporaneous operations and focus on critical operation steps
- Participate in activity of QRM w.r.t cross contamination
- Participate in activities associate with cGMP observations, incident and investigation for identification of root cause and define effective CAPA in consultation with SME
- Preparation and review of GMP documents like SOP, Protocol and investigation reports
- Authorized for approval or rejection in SAP system for Bulk and finished products
- Review Master batch manufacturing record and master batch packing record
- Maintenance of annual reports, annual products review and product quality reviewco-ordination with corporate regulatory affairs for resolving queries, issues related to annual reports and QMS
- Document management through EDMS
