Job Description/Skills Required
- Should work on Tickets – Incidents/Tasks; identify the pain areas and proactively work on permanent fix.
- Should be able to work on Knowledge Management, create/review SOPs, technical documents, impact analysis.
- Should have knowledge on MDM and closely work with business.
- Create RCA for P1/P2 and for any issues that needs to be handed over to the development team.
- Participate in sprint planning with development to prioritize tickets raised from Application Support Excellence team and follow-up for closure.
