Job Description/Skills Required
- Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the unit.
- Develop, design and deliver training / interventions for all unit based employees using multiple and mixed methods to engage the modern learner.
- Ensure business requirements are met through development and execution of training services that are efficient and valued, while also monitoring budget.
- Ensure compliance of training content/activities and approval system is followed with the proper documentation in place.
- Master the application of multiple delivery modalities to effectively deliver training programs that address identified capability needs within budget.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to push for high participation in the training session.
- Set performance standards and establish/document training certification process to ensure all trainees are certified on critical capabilities that enable them to manage audits successful.
- Make use of training evaluation tools and partner with the business to discuss training metrics, outcomes and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Support in establishing Alkems Technical Training Academy.
- Track training Interventions using multiple modalities and tools (Face-to-face, WebEx/Virtual, Social Learning, Micro-Learning, etc.)
