Job Description/skills Required:
- Develop and execute Monthly product demand plans as per Business forecast & inventory levels.
- Partnering with International Business team for timely dispatches
- Lead Monthly S&OP meetings (Market S&OP , Plant S&OP, Executive S&OP)
- Good in analytics & Management reporting (C vs. R) & (A vs. C)
- Project Management – Process Improvement, Automation, Cost savings etc.
- To ensure that supply of critical SKUs, e.g. Stock-out, tender, penalty, lifesaving or high profitability are on track and make escalation if any deviation.
- New product Demand planning & coordinate with all stakeholders for On time product launch
