Job Description/Skills Required
Roles and Responsibilities
- a. Lead strategic initiatives M&A, cost controls, financial restructuring, tax efficiencies
- b. Provide financial strategy recommendations to the promoters
- c. Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
- d. Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
- e. Recommending opportunities for cost optimization and budgetary controls.
- f. Overseeing preparation of final accounts for management, including statutory financial statements in accordance with accounting standards & guidelines as required by local laws.
- g. Managing Accounting, compliance, documentation for overseas investment companies.
- h. Overseeing monthly MIS including monthly balance sheet & P&L.
- i. Responsible to ensure timely completion of internal audit and statutory audit.
- j. Responsible to ensure implementation of internal audit points and suggestion and guidelines .
- k. Efficient Tax planning to manage, optimize tax liabilities at group level and ensuring tax strategy is execute.
- l. Ensure corporate law compliances & governance
- m. Supervise compliances of Secretarial and Legal functions, taxation
- n. Mentor, train and developing Corporate Team comprising treasury, taxation, legal & secretarial, Corporate Planning, Internal Audit and Business finance & accounts teams
- o. Oversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting and auditing
