Job description:
- To ensure receipt and analysis of in-process, finished products, process validation samples, hold time study samples and cleaning verification samples.
- Ensure sampling and testing of water samples as per schedules.
- To ensure timely calibration of instruments whenever requires from external agency.
- Review of calibration and preventive maintenance schedules and monitoring of schedule calibration and preventive maintenance as per master/monthly schedules.
- Ensure procurement, receipt and handling of reference standards, Impurities, Primary standards.
- Ensure handling and issuance of working standards.
- Monitoring of pharmacopoeial standards validity as per relevant SOP.
- To ensure sampling and storage of the sample and handling of labels as per SOP.
- To assist and involve in the QC instruments qualification activities.
- Preparation and review of IQ, OQ and PQ documents for applicable equipment.
