Job Description/Skills Required
- Basic Knowledge of API Pharma related engineering items.
- Engg-inventory management: storage, labelling, handling and issuance.
- Knowledge of SAP, word and excel etc. is a MUST.
- Vendor/regulatory/Stock-audit: related experience is required.
- Indenting-Issuance of engg-items in SAP and necessary coordination with purchase/ engg departments.
- Knowledge of GMP-safety.
- Receipt and verification of purchased-items, Preparation of GRN, storage with labelling & maintaining stock-records, handling of invoices for vendor-payments.
- Physical stock verification activity/ Prepare the returnable gate pass /Handlings of rejected engineering items.
