Job Description/Skills Required
- Conducting Quality Risk Management for aspects related to Sterile Product Manufacturing
- Preparation of Contamination Control Strategy for the aseptic operation in Injectable sites.
- Review of Aseptic Process Simulation Protocols, Batch Records to ensure Sterility Assurance.
- To provide support for the deliverables w.r.t. activities in microbiology laboratory and sterile manufacturing activities.
- To provide support to sites during regulatory inspections / customer audits.
- Enhance awareness on topics related to microbiology and sterile manufacturing activities.
- To provide support to sites whenever required in trouble shooting, investigations etc. w.r.t Sterile Product Manufacturing and Microbiology Lab.
- Review, support and provide feedback on the technical knowledge for Microbiology Lab activities as per requirement and harmonize procedures within the sites.
- Review and assessment of regulatory guidelines and improvement plans in the quality systems.
- Conduct training and knowledge enhancement plan for quality and operation teams.
- Identify the gaps and perform the continuous improvement plans through Quality Audits.
