Job Description/Skills Required
- To Verify GLP Activities in Alembic PTL lab (QC Lab) for analysis of Finished Goods Formulation/Products and keep the lab all time ready for any Internal/Regulatory Audits for compliance to meet the regulatory requirements.
- Review and Approval of all GLP related documents.
- To Ensure and update the MOA database provided by CMS or as per current pharmacopeia and issuance along with Sample for analysis.
- Tracking and Updating Budget related activities (CAPEX, OPEX) for PTL lab.
- Ensure documents distribution and management Systems followed as per SOP.
- To prepare and perform audit at CMS and review the audit response for Non Compliance in support to audit closure.
- To perform product evaluation at CMS and witness the activities to meet the FP requirements.
- To fulfill laboratory routine requirement
- Laboratory failures, investigation and reporting
- Responsible for maintain Testing records, calibration records, Equipment qualification records, GLP documents etc. till define archival period as per SOP.
- Handling of QA Department Manpower and monitoring of day to day activity with work distribution and its completion within time frame.
