Job Description/Skills Required
- To schedule, organize, coordinate and conduct the new employee orientation programs and Basic Training Programs.
- To develop content on Anatomy-Physiology, Pharmacology and Products.
- To understand the needs of training by doing regular fieldwork and connecting with the sales force.
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses and analyse feedback.
- Should be able design and deliver skill workshops in future.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies).
- Conduct end-to-end Training programs.
