Job Description/Skills Required

Production: Support Global Tiering process across Sanofi and guide local country medical teams for SEE tier classification. Manage all requests within the centralized mailbox/request platform and prioritize based on the business need. Manage process and tool trainings. Analyze expert credentials and expertise to determine the appropriate tier level required to determine the fair market value compensation.

Project Planning and work review: Collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning and setting up the timelines. Ensure delivery of ongoing projects as per agreed timelines. Ensure to follow defined/agreed quality parameters before sending out deliverables to the stakeholders. Perform quality review of end-to-end Tiering documents. Mentor team members on tiering activities. Review and monitor project tracker on regular basis. Supports adherence to associated compliance related activities and approvals (with internal customer taking accountability for compliance).

Stakeholder Management: Support global stakeholders for project planning and timely delivery. Maintain effective working relationship with stakeholders and work with them to provide solutions on ongoing issues/problems. Regular connects with FMV leads, local country medical teams and tier validators.
