Job Description/Skills Required
- Perform basic Literature search.
- Hands-on expertise and up-to-date knowledge of organic chemistry.
- Good Process Chemistry Knowledge and/or strong technical skills in Organic Chemistry.
- Demonstrated strength in practical laboratory techniques.
- Conduct experiments with relevant references.
- Collect and interpret the analytical data from experiments conducted
- Provide observations and inputs during process development
- Monitor and record the observations in Electronic Lab Notebook
- Prepare process related impurities.
- Assist to finalize the specification for inter mediates and starting materials.
- Be able to work under minimal supervision or independently in a team environment.
- Preparing control strategies for identified risk for scale up.
- Perform Scale up and Technology Transfer.
- Execution of process validation and vendor qualification.
- Assist to prepare Process Development Report ( PDR)
- Maintaining their fume cupboards, setting up experiments and planning analysis.
- Willingness to learn and understand the new lab technologies
